Fitness park Sonnenstein
The municipal housing company (Städtische Wohnungsgesellschaft Pirna mbH (WGP)) has had a large fitness centre built on Sonnenstein in 2024, expanding the existing fitness park in the east of Remscheider Straße. Various themes will be explored under the headings ‘Time’, ‘Movement’, ‘Meet’ and ‘Winding down’. The theme of ‘Time’ is symbolised by a sundial that the viewer can climb onto. The theme of ‘Movement’ is symbolised by adult play equipment. The opportunity to ‘Meet’ is created by various seating options, while a snail-shaped path symbolises the ‘Winding down’.

In the park by the river Elbe, next to the Elbe cycle path, everything revolves around the theme of water and shipping.
Thälmannplatz
In the green area, numerous play islands and a skate park invite children of all ages to play and romp.
„Seilerei“
A rope factory was once located here. That's why the playground equipment is themed around rope making.
„Höhe Brücken“
Bridges are the subject of the Jagdschloss Graupa park, also the site of the Wagner museum and memorial.
